Julie Shaw of the Philadelphia Daily News reports today that the Third Circuit yesterday dismissed the pro se interlocutory appeal of Chaka Fattah, Jr., son of the embattled member of Congress. The court apparently granted the government’s motion to dismiss without issuing an opinion.
