Yesterday the court denied a non-delegation-doctrine constitutional challenge to SORNA, the federal sex-offender-registration statute. The case was US v. Cooper. The panel was Smith, Shwartz and Scirica. Arguing counsel were Daniel Siegel of the Delaware FD and AUSA Ilana Eisenstein.
