NFL concussion-suit oral argument audio is online

Audio of this afternoon’s CA3 oral argument in the NFL concussion-litigation appeal is now available here. The argument ran well over an hour.

Early news coverage of the argument in the Legal Intelligencer here and Businessweek here.

My prior posts on this appeal are here and here.
