2017 Third Circuit conference date and location announced

The Third Circuit announced today on its website that next year’s bench-bar circuit conference — the 73rd Judicial Conference of the Third Circuit — will be April 19-21 in Lancaster, PA. The 2014 conference in Hershey was tremendous, and I expect nothing less from next year’s.

Be there or be square.

    Aren’t those of us who would attend a judicial conference pretty likely to be “square” either way?
