Former Chief Judge Higginbotham’s widow honored by White House

Harvard professor Evelyn Brooks Higginbotham, the widow of former Third Circuit Chief Judge A. Leon Higginbotham, Jr., yesterday was awarded the National Humanities Medal by the White House for her work in African-American history. Details here and here.
