Third Circuit Judge Thomas Hardiman will be a speaker at next month’s Federalist Society annual lawyer’s convention. The topic of the convention is “The Jurisprudence and Legacy of Justice Scalia.” Justices Thomas and Alito also will be speaking along with an impressive list of judges, lawyers, and and practitioners. Foolishly, the event’s webpage does not list Judge Hardiman among the five circuit judges (and one district judge and one state judge) named as “Speaker Highlights.”
